CECI restaurant is the epitome of the Aethos food philosophy “conscious food for conscious people”. At CECI we offer a modern approach on Italian classics, with a local Corsican twist. Our ingredients are locally sourced from producers that abide by the ethos of better eco practices. This philosophy creates a food experience which is authentic, healthy and delicious!

Adapted from the original CECI restaurant in our Umbrian sister hotel Aethos Saragano, our seasonal menu, crafted by chef Henrique Cachola and chef Afonso Raposo in collaboration with executive chef Manuel André Fernandes, is complemented with a selection of French, Italian and Portuguese wines, sourced directly from the vineyards.

Our Bar

Come join us for an aperitivo or cocktail at our sunset terrace or living room bar. We serve a wide range of wines, cocktails and spirits in a relaxed environment open for all people.

With a great selection of French, Italian and Portuguese wines, as of some of the most amazing classic and original cocktails, our bar offers a wide variety for you to enjoy. We invite you to spend some time at our pool drinking a Negroni before dinner or by the living room bar enjoying a great Barolo when the sun goes down.
