U Palazzu restaurant is the epitome of the Aethos food philosophy “conscious food for conscious people”. At U Palazzu we offer a modern approach on Italian classics, with a local Corsican twist. Adapted from the original CECI restaurant in our Umbrian sister hotel Aethos Saragano, our seasonal menu, crafted by chef Henrique Cachola and chef Afonso Raposo in collaboration with executive chef Manuel André Fernandes, is complemented with a selection of French, Italian and Portuguese wines, sourced directly from the vineyards.
